Trigify Is Shutting Down: How to Move Your LinkedIn Signal Tracking Before October 22, 2026

Updately Team·2026-10-09

Trigify's standalone platform ends for standard customers at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026. Accounts are not migrated anywhere, and the API, integrations, monitoring and signal collection all stop at that moment. From the date of this post (October 9, 2026) that leaves 13 days.

Short answer: export your data this week, then list every Zap, webhook, n8n scenario, Clay table and HeyReach campaign that reads from Trigify, because all of them go quiet at the cutoff. Rebuild your tracked profiles and searches in the replacement before October 22 so there's no gap. If you need team-wide engagement capture with unlimited seats, look at Teamfluence, which offers Trigify customers a free migration. If Trigify was feeding LinkedIn outreach, Updately captures the engagers, scores them against your ICP and sends the messages in one tool, from $39/mo.

What Happened to Trigify

On September 23, 2026, Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being wound down. The details, from the notice on trigify.io:

DateWhat changes
September 23, 2026Announcement. The team joins HubSpot; the product is retired
Now until the cutoffAccess continues. Export what you want to keep
October 22, 2026, 11:59pm BSTAccess ends for standard customers. Monitoring, signal collection, the API and integrations stop
After the cutoffSubscriptions don't renew. Final invoices, credits or refunds are handled account by account

Three points from the notice that matter for planning:

  • No migration to HubSpot. Trigify says your account "will not be migrated to HubSpot", and HubSpot won't use customer data as part of the team's move. HeyReach's Trigify alternatives write-up reads it the same way: HubSpot took the team, not the product.
  • Longer contracts get their own date. If you're on a contract with a different notice period, Trigify says it will tell you your end date directly. Follow that date, not this post.
  • Refunds aren't one policy. Billing outcomes are communicated per customer. Check your account notice or email Trigify support.

The cutoff in other time zones: 6:59pm EDT and 3:59pm PDT on October 22, and 00:59 CEST or 4:29am IST on October 23. Plan as if your last working day with Trigify is October 22.

What Trigify Did (and What You Are Replacing)

Trigify was a signal and workflow layer. It found people, then handed them to other tools to act on. Its main parts:

  • Listening: keyword searches and tracked profiles that surface matching posts on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and podcasts. Trigify's help center describes it as "a search engine that runs continuously" (Listening vs Workflows).
  • Engagement tracking: who engaged with LinkedIn posts, at the person level, from your posts, tracked profiles, competitor pages and keywords, with ICP filters and scoring rules (HeyReach).
  • Workflows and Jarvis AI: a canvas of triggers, AI filter nodes, enrichment and outputs. Jarvis builds and debugs those workflows from plain-language instructions (Jarvis AI best practices).
  • Plumbing: an API, a CLI, a Claude MCP integration (help center), HTTP request nodes for webhooks, native CRM nodes for HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio (data export FAQ), and connections to Clay, HeyReach, Zapier, Make and n8n.

That last point is why this shutdown hurts more than most. Trigify usually sat at the start of a chain. When it stops, everything downstream stops with it, often without an error message.

Step-by-Step Trigify Migration Checklist

Steps 1–3 need Trigify access, so finish them well before October 22.

Step 1: Export your data

  1. Use Trigify's existing export options for every list, saved search and signal feed you want to keep. Trigify's notice says to "save any information you want to keep before your account access ends".
  2. If something won't export, email Trigify support (the notice gives hugo@trigify.io) now, not on October 21.
  3. Open each export and check it has what you expect: names, LinkedIn URLs, company, which post or signal surfaced each person, and dates. The LinkedIn URL is the field every other tool keys on.

Step 2: Write down your setup

Exports hold the people. They don't hold the configuration that found them. For each listening search and tracked source, record:

  • Tracked profiles: every LinkedIn profile URL you monitored (your own, teammates', competitors' founders, industry voices)
  • Tracked company pages: each competitor or partner page
  • Keyword searches: the exact keywords or Boolean strings, plus country and language filters
  • ICP filters and scoring rules: titles, seniority, company size, industries, and the thresholds you used
  • Which platforms each search covered (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts)

One row per source in a spreadsheet works. You'll rebuild from it in step 5.

Step 3: Map every automation that reads from Trigify

This is the step that saves you from silent failures. Open each workflow in Trigify and write down where its output goes:

  • HeyReach campaigns fed by a Trigify action
  • Clay tables with a Trigify webhook source
  • CRM nodes creating HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio records
  • Zapier, Make or n8n scenarios triggered by Trigify
  • Slack or email alerts
  • Scripts or agents using the Trigify API, CLI or MCP

For each one, note the owner and what replaces its input. Then screenshot or copy each workflow, including any Jarvis-built ones. You can't open them after the cutoff.

Step 4: Prune before you rebuild

Before you copy everything across, look at which sources produced people you actually contacted or converted. Sources that only filled a list nobody worked are not worth rebuilding. On most replacement tools, each tracked profile or search uses up a plan limit or credits, so a shorter list also keeps you on a smaller plan.

Step 5: Rebuild in the new tool

How Trigify concepts map onto Updately, including the gaps:

Trigify conceptUpdately equivalent
Engagement on your own postsPost engagement signal pointed at your connected account (the default). Captures reactions and comments
Tracked profiles and competitors' peopleThe same signal pointed at their LinkedIn profile URLs, up to 10 profiles per signal
Competitor company page engagementGap. Post engagement targets personal profiles, not company pages. Track the competitor's founders and execs instead
RepostsGap. Reactions and comments only. Reposts aren't captured
Keyword searches (LinkedIn, X, Reddit)Keyword listening on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Bluesky and Hacker News. It surfaces the post and its author, not the people reacting to it
YouTube and podcast listeningGap. Not covered
Profile and company signalsProfile viewers, hiring teams on new LinkedIn job posts, people search and lookalikes, G2 and Trustpilot reviewers, tech stack
Starting from a Sales Navigator searchPeople search from filters or a pasted search URL, or import from Sales Navigator or CSV
ICP filters and scoring rulesICP scoring on every lead a signal finds, before it reaches a list or campaign
Enrichment nodesBuilt-in enrichment on lead-gen plans. Email finding uses extra credits
HeyReach action (send to a campaign)Not needed. Signals feed Updately's own LinkedIn campaigns: connection requests, messages and InMails in sequences, with a unified inbox
HubSpot / CRM nodeHubSpot sync for interested leads, plus Pipedrive. Gap: no Salesforce or Attio
HTTP request node / webhooks into ClayWebhooks for new leads and replies, plus an API
Zapier, Make, n8nNo native app. Use webhooks or the API
Slack alertsSlack app: a message when a prospect replies, and a summary after each signal run that finds new leads
Jarvis AI workflow builderPartial. There's no signal-routing canvas. The MCP server lets Claude create, update and run signals, lists and campaigns from plain language, and a visual builder handles outreach sequences
CSV export of signal listsCSV exports of contacts and inbox

Two differences to plan for:

  • Signals run on a schedule. Each signal runs on its own frequency and drops scored leads into your lists. Plans cap how many run at once: 3 on Starter, 8 on Growth, 15 on Scale. Group related profiles into one signal rather than one signal per profile.
  • Profile viewers depend on your LinkedIn plan. Updately reads what LinkedIn shows your account. Free accounts see only a few recent viewers, and viewers browsing in private mode are never named.

Step 6: Repoint every downstream automation

Work through the list from step 3:

  • HeyReach campaigns: either point them at the new signal source or move the outreach into the replacement tool, if it sends.
  • Clay tables: swap the webhook source to the new tool's webhook, then run one test record end to end.
  • CRM: confirm new records land with the fields your reports and routing rules expect.
  • Zapier, Make, n8n: change the trigger and rerun a test.

Step 7: Run both in parallel, then switch off

If you can, run the replacement alongside Trigify for a few days before October 22 and compare who each one catches from the same tracked profiles. Tune the ICP rules on what you see. Then turn off the old automations yourself, so nothing half-works after the cutoff.

What to Look for in a Trigify Replacement

  1. Which engagement it captures. Reactions, comments, reposts, profile views, company page follows. Ask whether it can track company pages or only personal profiles, and whether it can track engagers on keyword-matched posts.
  2. Who it tracks. Your own posts, your team's, competitors', or creators'. Tools built for pooling a whole team's engagement price that way.
  3. Whether it sends. Trigify needed HeyReach or Clay to act on a signal. A tool that also does the outreach removes a link from the chain. One that doesn't still needs good webhooks.
  4. Qualification before export. ICP filters and scoring decide whether you get 40 good leads or 400 noisy ones.
  5. Exit options. Trigify users are discovering what's locked in a tool the hard way. Check for CSV export, an API and webhooks before you commit.
  6. Pricing model. Per seat, per sender, per credit, or flat. Count your tracked profiles and expected monthly engagers after step 4 before you choose a plan.

The price math

  • Updately Starter vs Teamfluence: $39/mo vs €449/mo. Teamfluence's flat price covers unlimited seats and 1,000 new leads a month, so it gets better value the more reps you pool. For a founder or a one-to-three-person team, Updately is the much smaller bill.
  • Updately Starter vs Jungler Starter plus HeyReach: keeping a Trigify-style "signal tool plus sender" stack means about $99 (Jungler, billed yearly) plus $79 per HeyReach sender, so roughly $178/mo for one sender. Updately Starter at $39/mo covers one LinkedIn account with signals and sending. Updately Scale ($99/mo) covers three LinkedIn accounts.
  • Updately vs Gojiberry: Gojiberry Pro is $99/mo with two AI agents. Updately Growth is $69/mo with two LinkedIn accounts and 8 signals running at once.

Tool-by-Tool Notes

Updately: best for turning LinkedIn engagement into outreach

Updately finds people showing buying signals on LinkedIn and beyond, scores them against your ICP and runs the outreach from your own LinkedIn account.

  • Key features: post engagement on your posts or any personal profiles (reactions and comments), profile viewers, hiring teams on new LinkedIn job posts, people search and lookalikes, G2 and Trustpilot reviewers, tech stack, and keyword listening on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Bluesky and Hacker News. Outreach runs as sequences of connection requests, messages and InMails, with a unified inbox and an AI reply agent.
  • Pros: signal and sending in one tool, so there's no webhook between them. API, webhooks, an MCP server, HubSpot and Pipedrive for what you built around Trigify.
  • Cons: no company-page engagement and no reposts. No YouTube or podcast listening. No Salesforce, Attio, Zapier or n8n apps. No signal-routing canvas like Jarvis workflows.
  • Pricing: outbound plans are $39/mo (Starter: 1 LinkedIn account, 3 signals running at once), $69/mo (Growth: 2 accounts, 8 signals) and $99/mo (Scale: 3 accounts, 15 signals), billed monthly with a 14-day free trial. Multi-platform keyword listening is a separate social listening product from $49/mo, with 800 free credits and no card. See pricing.
  • Best for: founders and small B2B teams whose Trigify signals ended up in LinkedIn outreach anyway.

For a side-by-side, see Updately vs Trigify.

Teamfluence: best for pooling a whole team's engagement

  • Key features: captures profile visits, company page visits, likes, comments, shares, follows and new connections across your team, plus competitor posts, influencers, keywords and sponsored-post engagement.
  • Pros: unlimited seats on one plan. A Trigify migration service, with price-matching for Trigify customers ("Trigify customer? We price-match!" on its pricing page).
  • Cons: starts with a demo, and no free trial is listed. The published plan is €449/mo. A smaller plan appears without a price.
  • Best for: sales teams with many reps posting on LinkedIn who want every teammate's engagement captured. Compare it in Updately vs Teamfluence.

Jungler: best like-for-like feed for a separate sender

  • Key features: each signal tracks a profile or a keyword query, and a credit covers one enriched engager or post. Unlimited team seats, webhooks and an API on every plan.
  • Pros: HeyReach's alternatives post names it the closest like-for-like swap for Trigify's post-engagement workflows. 7-day trial.
  • Cons: doesn't send outreach, so you keep paying for a sender.
  • Best for: teams that want to keep their HeyReach or Clay setup and only swap the signal source.

Gojiberry: best budget AI SDR with built-in signals

  • Key features: 15+ buying and social signals, including competitor engagement and people following your company, with AI agents that do the outreach.
  • Pros: $99/mo Pro plan with unified inbox and lead scoring. HubSpot, Pipedrive and MCP.
  • Cons: less control over exactly which profiles and posts are tracked than Trigify gave you. See our Gojiberry alternative post.
  • Best for: solo founders who want a simple signal-to-message tool.

Valley: best for teams buying AI SDR seats

  • Key features: playbooks built on people engaging with your content, competitor audiences, hiring and your own lists. LinkedIn sending is included, with email from the Plus plan.
  • Pros: Valley's own site shows Trigify as the post-engagement source in a typical stack, so its playbooks are built around the same signal.
  • Cons: $199 per seat monthly ($149 billed quarterly), and the pricing page doesn't detail which engagement it captures.
  • Best for: teams that want an AI SDR to run LinkedIn outreach end to end.

HeyReach: keep it as your sender

HeyReach is a LinkedIn sending tool, not a signal source. Its pricing page lists Trigify among the tools it integrates with. If HeyReach was where your Trigify signals went, keep it and swap only the signal source (Jungler, Teamfluence or another feed with webhooks). Growth is $79 per sender a month with a 14-day trial and no card.

Common Room: best for enterprise signal unification

  • Key features: unifies CRM, product usage, website and community data into person-level profiles, with website de-anonymization and Bombora intent.
  • Cons: Essential starts at $2,500/mo billed annually with 5 seats. Advanced and Enterprise are custom-priced. It's sales-led, with no free plan listed.
  • Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams with large first-party footprints. Compare it in Updately vs Common Room.

Which Trigify Alternative Is Best for You?

  • For a founder whose Trigify signals went straight into LinkedIn outreach, Updately is best. Capture, scoring and sending sit in one tool from $39/mo.
  • For a sales team pooling engagement across many reps, Teamfluence is best. Unlimited seats, and it will migrate you for free.
  • For a team that wants to keep HeyReach or Clay unchanged, Jungler is best. It's a signal feed with webhooks and an API.
  • For a solo founder on a budget who wants an AI SDR, Gojiberry is best.
  • For a team buying AI SDR seats, Valley is best.
  • For an enterprise GTM team with product and community data, Common Room is best.
  • For anyone who tracked Reddit and X keywords in Trigify, Updately's social listening covers LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Bluesky and Hacker News on every plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

The shutdown

When does Trigify shut down? For standard customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026. Customers with different contractual notice periods get their own end date from Trigify.

Why is Trigify shutting down? Trigify announced on September 23, 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot. The standalone product is being wound down as part of that move.

Will my Trigify account move to HubSpot? No. Trigify says accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot, and HubSpot won't use customer data as part of the team's move.

Do I get a refund? Trigify says final invoices, charges, credits or refunds are communicated to each customer directly. Subscriptions don't renew past the end date.

Your data and automations

Can I export my Trigify data? Yes, using Trigify's existing export options until your access ends. Trigify's notice also points to support at hugo@trigify.io.

What happens to my Zaps, Clay tables and HeyReach campaigns? They stop receiving new data at the cutoff, because Trigify's API, integrations, monitoring and signal collection all end at the same time. Repoint each one to a new source before October 22.

Choosing a replacement

What is the best Trigify alternative? It depends on how you used it. Updately suits teams whose signals fed LinkedIn outreach. Teamfluence suits teams pooling many reps' engagement. Jungler suits teams that want to keep a separate sender like HeyReach.

Does any tool offer a Trigify migration? Teamfluence offers Trigify customers a free migration and price-matching.

Is Updately a full Trigify replacement? Not entirely. Updately replaces engagement capture on personal profiles, ICP scoring, CRM and webhook output, and adds LinkedIn sending. It doesn't track company-page engagement, reposts, or YouTube and podcast mentions, and it has no Jarvis-style workflow canvas.

Thirteen days is enough to migrate if you start with the export and the automation list today. Start a 14-day free trial, point a post-engagement signal at the profiles you tracked in Trigify, and compare results while Trigify is still running.
